About You
You must have at least 5 years’ experience of confidently handling your own caseload, be self-motivated and able to work independently whilst meeting set timescales and deadlines. A meticulous eye for detail is essential along with a strong technical knowledge of both residential freehold and leasehold matters.
You must have the confidence and the ability to build not only strong relationships with clients, but also key industry players and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
